Mounting the “top” stainless steel plate.  Because I have used 25 silver pins of 
different length and inserted those in sequence, the mounting of the top plate is now easier.  
I can concentrate on lining up one pin at a time with a pair of tweezers, instead of trying to line up 
25 pins all at once if they were of similar or same length.  This would be an impossible task.
Note the cutout where the plate with my hallmark will be mounted.
